Q. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges depend on how much you spend and how fast you want your order. All options are listed below.

Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days - Royal Mail First Class

Orders from £5 up to £9.99 : charged at £4.95
Orders from £10 up to £14.99 : charged at £3.95
Orders from £15 up to £24.99 : charged at £2.95

Q. What Payment Methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major card types through our payment providers PayPal and Google Checkout. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, and you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.

Q. What if I want to return an item?

You have the right to return your goods to us within 7 working days, starting from the day after you have received the goods, and we will provide a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Any item returned must be received back in an unused and resalable condition. We recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Please note, wigs which are not faulty can not be returned if worn due to hygiene reasons.

Q. How secure is the website?

We do not store any data apart from what you put in the shopping basket. Our payment providers (PayPal and Google Checkout) collect all sensitive data including your address and payment details, and this is done over a secure encrypted connection. We can only access your delivery address and this will only ever be used to send out your order.
